My professor posted a last-minute prompt for a paper that is to be turned in first thing tomorrow. How am I supposed to compile a comparative response paper when I
just downloaded Angry Birds on my phone last night, and finally realized the degree of my cool-game deprivation after all this time?
Speaking of addicting games, how am I supposed to write this paper when I know that something like this exists?
A Nintendo game modeled after one of the greatest novels of all time?
COME ON!!!
There goes my 4.0...
Edit:
Instead of writing my paper, I've decided to wallow in the unruly nest that is my hair. John Lennon approves.
New reader here. Your blog is hysterical! And I can't believe this game is real life! As if having the original Duck Hunter. Mario and all of the Lion King games wasn't distracting enough.
ReplyDeleteWell thank you! I can't wait to check yours out as well!
DeleteAnd I know right! I swear, video games were invented by sadists who like to watch people fail in school.
Great Gatsby the video game? That's too crazy. I have an unruly nest of hair, too. I think I'll go wallow with you and John Lennon. :)
ReplyDeleteUnruliness unite!
Deletehaha And thanks for stopping by my blog!

Thanks lady, and I love the new blog! <3
DeleteYa know...just throwing this out there. But could playing The Great Gatsby game be considered homework? Perhaps your professor will understand. It's what we call 'new-school studying' :D Btw, I had to uninstall Angry Birds from both my iPod and my phone because I got too addicted. Cut it out cold-turkey. Don't let your addiction get that bad lol.

What a brilliant suggestion. I will pitch this to the prof come Monday.
DeleteI'm going to have to say that the messy hair & John Lennon combo is le sex.
ReplyDeleteAdditionally, I've broken your rules for that questionnaire and I hope you aren't upset!
